My officemate recently discovered a tool for Windows Vista users that was able to copy a similar function of Mac.

The Switcher created by Bao Nguyen enables you to display all your windows by just pointing your mouse to a specific region of your screen or by pressing some keyboard shortcuts. What’s cool about this tool is that it’s widely customizable - colors, views, etc. It even has a quick search function! The catch, though, is that it’s only for users with Windows Vista + Aero.
If you want a copy of the tool that’s completely FREE, you may download it here.
